I coach practices at the Uptown YWCA on Monday and Wednesday nights, 7:30-8:30pm and Friday morning 10-11am
In the summer, I also coach Minnesota Tri Masters at the outdoor, 50-meter Richfield Pool. We have 7-10 lanes of space and all lanes get specific workouts based on goals and ability.
